Production Access Coordination
A PAC is a crew member with lived experience in Disability Culture and Accessibility, Education, and Production. I am ideally situated to benefit production by budgeting for accommodations, eliminating time and costs spent on commonly overlooked accessibility issues, offering specific situational expertise, acting as a safe point of communication, handling accommodation services, leading crew education, providing cultural context, maintaining access on set, approving access features
